Do you ship internationally?
All international shipments are shipped using USPS Flat Rate International Shipping. Shipments over 4 lbs must be organized into 2 or more shipments. Please allow 6-10 business days to receive your order.
Do I have to sign for the package when it is delivered?
All orders over $500 must be signed for.
Can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking number that is sent to you after you make your purchase. Please allow up to 48 hours for shipping information to be updated after processing.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.

Is there anywhere on the website to see my previous orders or to check the status of an order?
To view your previous orders you will need to create an account. Once you have entered your information you will be prompted to check your email for verification. Once you are verified click on the order number of the order you wish to view.
The status of your order will be automatically sent to your email. Having trouble finding the email? Send us an email and we will be happy to assist you with your order status.
